摘要
火灾隐患已见惯不惊了 ,也常为人所忽视 ,往往火灾来临 ,惊慌失措 ,酿成大祸。为此 ,从职业安全健康管理体系的角度 ,阐述了消防应急计划的框架及其主要内容以及如何有效实施消防应急计划 ;同时对常见火灾隐患及其预防措施进行了探讨 ;提出了应把消防工作纳入到系统化。
Hidden fire dangers are a matter of common occurrence, yet they are usually overlooked. Whenever the fire happens, people are usually frightened out of their wits causing a big disaster. Here, from the point of view of occupational safety and health management system, the framework for fire emergency plan and its main content, and how to efficiently implement this plan are described. Meanwhile, the common hidden dangers and their preventive measures are probed into. The author emphasizes that the fire prevention and control must be brought into the orbit of systematic and standardized management.
