摘要
选取滇东南岩溶贫困山区典型村寨社区作为案例 ,采用生态经济系统的观点 ,经实地调查分别研究分析系统的生产力与农户家庭经济收入 ,系统的稳定性与农户的投入产出 ,系统的均衡性与自身的发展能力以及系统的多样性与政府扶贫项目等 4个方面的相互关联性 ,由此客观地确定社区的资源利用状况及致贫因子 ,重新审视政府扶贫项目的作用面和影响力 ,寻找重构社区资源可持续利用模式的可行方案并指出限制因素。探索符合岩溶地区现阶段农业经济系统状况实际 。
The sustainable utilization of natural resources is recognized to be the base of sustainable development in a community. Accordingly, this paper, from the perspective of ecological economy, analyzed the four kinds of relationship which are: the productivity of eco system with the household income, the stability of ecosystem with the farmers' input output, the balance of system with the development capability, the diversity of system with the formerly governmental alleviation projects, taking a poor village in the Karst areas of the southeastern Yunnnan Province as a case. As the results of this paper have indicated, the main factors inducing the poverty, the role of local government played in poverty alleviation projects, and feasible programs in sustainable utilization of natural resources in the community are discussed.
