摘要
目的 探讨克山病病区粮对大鼠心肌的影响及蛋白质的保护作用。方法 用模拟克山病病区偏食饲料及补充蛋白质饲料喂养大鼠 4个月 ,观察总增重、食物利用率、心肌病变、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性的变化。结果 低硒低蛋白组大鼠的总增重、食物利用率和全血 GSH - Px活性低于常规饲料组及低硒高蛋白组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,心肌病变检出率高于常规饲料组及低硒高蛋白组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 模拟克山病病区偏食饲料影响动物的生长 ,引起心肌损伤 。
Objective To approach the effect of diet of Keshan Disease area and sufficient protein on myocardium in rats.Methods Adding weight, rate of food utilization, myocardium lesion and GSH Px activity were examined in rats fed with imitative monotonous diet of Keshan Disease area and diet of sufficient protein for 4 months.Results Adding weight, rate of food utilization and GSH Px activity of rats in low selenium and low protein group were significantly lower than those of control and low selenium and high protein group(P<0.01 and P<0.05); frequency of myocardial lesion occurred in low selenium and low protein group were significantly higher than those in control and low selenium and high protein group(P<0.05).Conclusions Imitative monotonous diet of keshan disease area affected the growth of rats, led to lesion in their myocardium; sufficient protein could protect myocardium of rats from damaging caused by monotonous diet of Keshan Disease area.
