大豆蛋白对缺碘小鼠脑组织抗氧化能力及甲状腺重量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究蛋白对缺碘小鼠脑组织抗氧化能力的影响及与甲状腺肿的关系。方法:在不同蛋白质和碘营养水平下饲养小鼠,测定其脑组织抗氧化物指标和甲状腺重量。结果:高蛋白组和补碘组小鼠甲状腺重量明显小于低碘组(P<0.01),低碘组小鼠表现出明显的甲状腺肿特征;高蛋白组GSH-px和MAD结果均优于低蛋白补碘组和低碘组(P<0.01),GSH各组间差异显著(P<0.01),SOD各组间无显著性差别,提示机体在缺碘状态下可通过自身调节,抗氧化能力代偿性增高。结论:缺碘状态下补充大豆蛋白可有效抵御机体的脂质过氧化作用,降低甲状腺和脑组织受自由基损伤的程度。 Objective: To study effects of protein and iodine on thyroid weight and cerebral tissue antioxidant indexes in mouse with iodine deficiency. Methods: The level of SOD、GSH-px、GSH、MAD in brain and the weight of thyroid were measured in the mice who had been feed with different protein and dose iodine in various test groups. Results: The weight of thyroid in both the high protein and rich iodine groups were obviously less than that in iodine deficiency group (P<0.01). The level of GSH-px and MAD were superior to the low protein plus iodine group and the iodine deficiency group (P<0.01). There was a significant difference of level of GSH among groups (P<0.01) but in contrast to the level SOD. Conclusions: The antioxidant ability can be increased by self regulation in mice under iodine deficiency condition. And increasing ingestion of protein can decrease the action of lipid peroxidation and the damage of free radical for brain and thyroid.
