摘要
在分析现行投资项目经济分析中存在问题的基础上 ,探讨了风险型和不确定型投资项目基准收益率的取值问题 .最后 。
Based on the study on some shortcomings in the economic analysis of investment project.A series of quantiative methods of minimum attractive rate of return that are related to both risk investment project and indefinite investment project are put forward.Then,the improved NPV(net present value)analysis method of investment project is presented with a example.
