摘要
总结了国内外在分子标记辅助选择育种中对标记座位——连锁关系的统计方法,利用标记资料进QTL 行数量性状参数的估计方法和育种值的计算以及育种的相对效率,对目前林木应用技术存在的问 MAS MAS 题、局限性和未来发展前景进行了讨论。
Summary was made on statistic analysis of relationship between marked place and QTLin MAS, and also on evaluation of quantitative parameters by marker, and on calculation of breeding value and relative efficiency of MAS. Discussions were put forward to problems,limitation, further development of MAS application in forestry.
