摘要
玉米大喇叭口期土壤干旱可使叶片相对含水量下降 ,质膜相对透性和丙二醛含量增加。电镜观察发现 :叶肉细胞叶绿体在形态上膨胀变圆 ,脂类小滴增多增大 ;叶绿体被膜逐渐膨散乃至断裂 ,叶绿体片层结构由排列整齐变为混乱 ,且间质片层对干旱胁迫较敏感。抗旱性强的品种在干旱胁迫下 ,受到上述变化影响较小。复水后 。
Soil drought during malle tatrall stage of maize resulted in the decrease of relative water content and the increase of membrane conductivity and MDA content in leaf cells Observation through electron microscope revealed that the chloroplasts became round in shape, and fat droplets in leaf cells increased in number and enlarged in size The chloroplast membrane was injured seriously as the drought developed The chloroplast lamellae arranged disorderly as the stress last, and the stroma lamellae was also sensitive to drought The resistant variety of maize was injured mildly at the same stress level and easily returned to normal stage after reirrigation
