摘要
从全面质量管理工序控制的角度出发 ,借鉴焦炉加热管理的方法 ,首次对混合煤气发生炉生产中的主要工序——炉况控制制定了综合量化考评标准 ,并在我厂 17台 CG- 3型混合煤气发生炉的生产工艺管理中进行了实践应用 。
Starting from the procedure control of total quality management,using the method of coker heating for reference,a complex quantitative criterion is established at first with regard to the condition control of mixed gas generator.It has been used effectively in production.
