如何发挥出两段式煤气发生炉的最佳状态,实现低能耗高产气一直是煤气化领域众多科研和操作人员探讨的问题。归纳和剖析了两段炉的部分特点,提出了一些提高两段炉生产效率的方法和建议。
How to give full play to the optimum state of two-stage gas producer and realize the high gas yield with low energy consumption is the problem discussed by researchers and operators in coal gasification field.This paper sums up and analyzes some characteristics of two-stage producer,and puts forward some methods and suggestions on improving the production efficiency of two-stage producer.
