摘要
政府主导型乡村社会林业的发展 ,需要政府提供准公共产品 ,解决乡村社会林业发展的外部条件。通过政府的资金投入引导、市场体系的建设与管理、科技示范等可以有效地降低林业活动的风险 ,实现乡村社会林业的收益 ,从而有力地促进乡村社会林业的发展。
The development of countryside social forestry dominated by the government needs it to supply normal public products to form the external conditions. Through government's guidance by investment, the construction and management of the market system as well as science and technology demonstration, the risk of forestry will be reduced ,the benefit of countryside social forestry can be obtained and the development of the countryside social forestry will be realized.
