摘要
本文从发展乡村社会林业的角度,论述了乡村人力资源开发的重要性,分析了闽北农村 人力资源的现状及发展乡村社会林业对人力资源的要求,提出了乡村人力资源开发的对策。
This article has described the importance of developing the rural manpower resources in terms of developing rural social forestry. It has analysed the current situation of the rural manpower resources in the north of Fujian province and the requirement for developing rural social forestry. At the same time, the author has proposed the countermeasure for developing the rural manpower resources.
