摘要
在文献情报活动中 ,用户有很重要的作用 ,将潜在用户转化为当前用户 ,一般用户培养成积极用户 ,对于促进情报事业发展和提高用户情报能力具有十分重要的意义 ,针对潜在用户存在的原因 ,通过宣传鼓动、改进情报机构的服务质量、丰富文献情报资源、提高用户情报能力、建立用户反馈机制等措施 ,转化工作将会取得理想的效果。
During the information activities of document,the information organizations play a very important role.It can change the potential users into the present users,which is significant in promoting the development of information cause and improving the users information ability.As a result of the exstence of potential users,an ideal effect can be achieved throug propaganda and agitation,improving the documentary resources,enriching the users' information ability,setting up the feedback function and so on.
