图书馆的价值在于满足社会对文献的需求,而文献需求受到多种因素的影响,其中自然条件、社会生产方式、国家政策、经济运行机制、公民文化素质、经济发展水平、人们的生活方式、文献价值观念、图书馆发育水平以及社会发展等对人们的文献需求影响更为突出。
The value of libraries is to meet the needs of the society for literature, which is affected by many kinds of factors, including the natural condition, social productive mode, national political policies, economy running system, citizens' cultural ability, ecnomic level, people's life style, value sense to literature, the library,s development and social development, etc.
