摘要
分析了壳类制品气辅成型技术特点。针对气辅成型废损率较高的问题 ,从高压氮气管理、制品及模具设计、工艺参数的设置等方面进行了探讨 。
The feature of gas-assisted injection molding in producing shell products was analyzed. Discussion was made from the aspects of the controlling of high-pressure nitrogen,the design of products and molds and the setting of process parametres.Common defects of gas-assisted injection molding in producing shell products and the corresponding countermeasures were also presented.
