摘要
采用灵芝菌深层培养的滤液 ,可以制成灵芝酸乳 ,经测定 ,灵芝酸乳中可溶性固形物的含量为 11.2 % ,乳酸含量为 0 .72 % ,酸度为 77°T。酸乳同时具有灵芝的药用价值和乳酸饮料的丰富营养。制作工艺简便 。
The submerged culture filtrate of Ganoderma lucidum was made into Ganoderma lucidum yogurt. The examination showed that the product contained abundant nutrients. In 100ml Ganoderma lucidum yogurt, the soluble solid was 11.2g; the lactic acid content was 0.72g; the acidity was 77°T. The yogurt has Ganoderma lucidum medicinal power and rich nutrition of lactic acid beverage. The method of making this product is very simple and it's easy to develop it.
