摘要
农业科技型企业是我国农业科技创新体系的重要组成部分 ,是 2 1世纪中国农业科技事业发展的重要基础。阐述了农业科研院所农业科技型企业的形成和现状 ,提出了按照现代企业制度规范运作 ,科学管理 。
Agricultural technological enterprises are important components in the innovatory system of agricultural technology and the main basics of the development of agricultural technological undertakings in 21st century in China.The formation and the present status of agricultural technological enterprises in agricultural institutes are expounded,and the developmental thinking ways such as the standardized running of modern enterprise system,and scientific managemnt and integrated managing.
