摘要 研究了不同贮藏温度对银杏花粉生活力的影响 ,结果表明 :刚采集的银杏花粉生活力高达 92 .9%~ 98.2 % ,3种处理使银杏花粉生活力均下降 ,但处理Ⅱ ( 2~ 5℃贮藏 )与处理I(室温贮藏 )、处理III( - 5~ - 1 0℃贮藏 )之间有极显著差异 ,即在处理Ⅱ的条件下 ,银杏花粉生活力最高 ,在花粉贮藏 1 4d后 ,其生活力仍达 65 % 。 The influences of different storage temperatures on activated pollen ratio in Ginkgo biloba L were studied in 2000. The results indicated that activated pollen ratio was 92.9%~98.2% at the moment when the pollen were just collected, and then decreased under the 3 different treatments. However, there were very significant differences among 3 kinds of treatments(Treatment I: storage at normal temperature; Treatment Ⅱ: storage at 2~5 ℃; Treatment III: storage at -5~-10 ℃).Of all treatments, treatment Ⅱ had the best effect, i.e.: the activated pollen ratio was the highest, and still reached 65% after 14 days the pollens were stored, which could meet cultivation demand.
