摘要
本文系统研究了云南30余种蔬菜中铜、锌、钼、铬(Ⅲ)、钴、锰含量水平和规律。和全国水平作了比较,提出了初步对策。铬(Ⅲ)的系统资料的研究在国内外尚属首次。
The level and laws on content of Cu, Zn, Mo, Cr(Ⅲ), Co and Mn in more than thirty kinds of vegetables in Yunnan have been systematic studied and compared with the level of all country. A tentative countermeasure have proposed. The systematic study of chromium (Ⅲ) in vegetables is first time.
