摘要
用热分析方法首次测定了云南曲靖种植的人参果不同部位的无机元素氧化物总量 ,与同等条件下测定的甘肃产蕨麻干 (俗名亦称人参果 ) ,云南文山产“三七”粉无机氧化物含量比较 ,对其中微量元素的含量及价值作分析比较 ,无机元素含量以“人参果”籽中最高。用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法选择测定了其中 1 6种无机元素含量。测试结果表明 :云南种植的人生果是一种富含各种生命微量元素及营养成份的水果 ,具有极高的营养价值和开发应用前景。
Growing at the northern foot of Ansi mountains in South-America,Ginseng-fruits is a Solanaceae plant.Various healthful inorganic trace element are contained,and low content of vegetable protein contained also.At the same time,ginsenq-fruit containes rich vitamin C.The sixteen kinds of inorganic trace element in the Yunnan Ginseng-fruit had tested by ICPS.The different part of Yunnan Ginseng-fruit amount of oxide had been studied by TG-DTA.It shows that the seed of Yunnan Ginseng-fruit containes the highest content of inorganic trace element.The result shows that Yunnan Ginseng-fruit is a usefulnutrient healthful fruit.
