摘要
利用太谷核不育小麦受单个显性雄性不育基因控制的遗传特点,建立了一系列的育种方案,并付诸实施,已选育出21个品系和一大批优异单株材料.其中Ta_186221品系两年比对照冀麦7号分别增产24.2%和13.7%,且早熟6天.
According to the genetic character of Taigu genie male sterile wheat which is controlled by a single dominant male sterile gene, a series of breeding program had been set up and applied. 21 wheat lines and a number of good materials derived from a single plant have been selected and developed. In a unit area the output of Tai86221, one of 21 wheat lines, increased by a factor of 24.2% and 13.7%, compared with the Jimai No 7 in 1987 and 1988 respectively, and also it was matured 6 days earlier than the latter.
