摘要
从 3个方面着手 ,对青年医生进行继续医学教育 :1 )开展经常性、多角度的业务学习 ,扩大知识面 ,提高专业理论水平 ;2 )加强临床技能培训 ,保障临床培训时间和临床培训项目的实施 ,指定发展方向 ;3 )鼓励并督促临床科研 ,使青年医生的素质得到了明显提高。认为 :加强青年医生的继续医学教育 。
From three aspects, the continuing medical education on the young doctor should be following:1)From various point of views, carry out frequent specialty to enlarge knowledge and increase theoretical level of specialty.2)Increase the training clinical skill and guarantee training time and proceeding project, and point out direction of development.3)The clinical trial shall be encouraged and supervised to improve the quality of young doctor. We believe the improvement of continuing education on the young doctors is very important to their growth.
