摘要
介绍了电弧喷涂在水冷壁管制备铝涂层的工艺 ,分析了水冷管的腐蚀状况及铝涂层的防腐性能 。
In this papers the manufacturing technology by arc spray of Al coating on the boiler tubes of water wall was introduced. The corrosion of the tubes of water wall and the protective properties of Al coating were analyzed. The characteristics and parameters of arc spray technology were studied.
