人类甲状腺癌中肿瘤抑制基因p^(16)、E-钙粘素癌基因蛋白的表达及其临床相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的 ]研究人类甲状腺癌中肿瘤抑制基因 p16、E 钙粘素癌基因蛋白的表达及其临床相关性 .[方法 ]应用S P免疫组织化学方法研究 4 8例甲状腺癌及 12例甲状腺腺瘤标本中 p16、E 钙粘素 2种癌基因蛋白的表达 .[结果 ]在E 钙粘素检测中淋巴结转移组的E 钙粘素阳性表达率为 2 3%,非淋巴结转移组中E 钙粘素的阳性率为 77%,两者之间存在显著性差异 .说明E 钙粘素的缺失与甲状腺癌淋巴结转移有密切的关系 .在肿瘤抑制基因 p16检测中甲状腺癌组中 p16阳性率为 31%,对照组甲状腺腺瘤组中阳性率为 83%,两者之间存在着显著性差异 .说明p16的缺失与甲状腺癌的发生有密切的关系 .[结论 ]p16在甲状腺癌的发生过程中起抑制作用 ,而E 钙粘素则在甲状腺癌淋巴结转移过程中起抑制作用 . OBJECTIVE?To study the expression and clinical relation of p 16 , E cadherin oncogene protein in human thyroid carcinoma.?METHODS?Using S P immunohistochemical method, the expression of p 16 and E cadherin was studied in 48 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 12 cases of thyroid adenoma.?RESULTS?The rate of positive expresson of E cadherin was 23% in group of lymphatic metastasis and 77% in group of non lymphatic metastasis. There was significant difference between two groups, which illustrates that there was osculating relation between the deletion of E cadherines and the lymphatic metastasis of thyroid carcinoma. The positve rate of p 16 was 31% in group of thyroid carcinoma and 83% in group of thyroid adenoma, and there was significant difference between the two groups, which implies that there is osculating relation between the deletion of p 16 and the occurrence of thyroid carcinoma.?CONCLUSION?p 16 is a factor of inhibition in the occurrence of thyoid carcinoma and E cadherins are a factor of inhibition in the process of lymphatic metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.
