摘要
[目的 ]对农村地区高血压相关知识及其危险因素进行基线调查 .[方法 ]采用现况调查研究方法 ,收集农村社区内常驻人群 4 6 9人有关研究变量的资料 .[结果 ]研究对象的高血压知识水平普遍偏低 ,而女性的高血压知识水平显著高于男性 ;约 4 0 0 %人知晓自己的血压水平 ,而多数人却不知道高血压的诊断标准 ;吸烟与高脂血症的危害性知晓程度偏低 ,而饮酒与高血压有家族聚集性的知晓程度偏高 ,其他危险因素的知晓程度为中等水平 ;男性吸烟率及饮酒率分别高达 80 2 %和 74 3%;男女口味偏咸饮食习惯者比例分别为 4 6 1%和 4 9 1%;男女超重及肥胖者比例分别为 19 6 %和 32 4 %,女性显著高于男性 ;男女高血压患病率分别为 32 2 %和 2 5 5 %;男女舒张压的均值分别为 81,78mmHg ,男性高于女性 .[结论 ]应尽快对该地区居民进行高血压健康教育 ,并采取高血压综合干预措施 .
OBJECTIVE?To investigate the background data of comprehensive intervention on hypertension in countryside community.?METHODS?A cross sectional study was conducted and it was selected that the variable data of 469 persons who is resident in countryside community.?RESULTS?The awareness for knowledge on hypertension was basically in a lower state and was significantly higher in female than in male. About 40 0% of the individual could know the level of his blood pressure, but majority were unaware of the diagnostic standard of hypertension. The awareness of the harmfulness for smoking and hypercholesterolemia was in a lower state, that for drinking and the history of hypertension was in a higher state, the others were in a middle state. The percentages of smoking and drinking for man were 80.2% and 74.3%, respectively, and that of heavy salt in male and female were 46.1% and 49.1%. The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity was 19.6% and 32.4% and was significantly higher in female than in male. The prevalence rate of hypertension in male and female were 32.2% and 25.5%. The mean of diastolic blood pressure in male and female were 81?mmHg and 78?mmHg and was significantly higher in male than in female.?CONCLUSION?Health education for hypertension is needed in the resident of countryside community and strengthened urgently, and the comprehensive intervention on hypertension must be needed as soon as possible.
