摘要
传统的仔猪水肿病疫苗 (目前市场上广泛使用 ) ,只是以致水肿病大肠杆菌菌株的O抗原为基础 ,而没有考虑水肿毒素SLT_lle抗原和菌毛F18抗原 ,其免疫效果难以提高。在仔猪水肿病疫苗的改进中 ,我们除了考虑O13 9、O18、O14 1菌体抗原之外 ,还利用PCR技术、单克隆抗体技术、电镜技术筛选了含有水肿毒素SLT_lle抗原和菌毛F18抗原的菌株。本研究中获得用于新一代仔猪水肿病疫苗的三型大肠杆菌菌株 :O13 9:SLT_lle+ :F18ab+ 、O13 8:SLT_lle+ :F18ab+ 以及O14 1:SLT_lle+ :F18ac+ 。
The traditional vaccine of of swine edema disease which was widely used in hoggerys was developed on the base of O antigens with losing sight of the Shiga_like toxin Ⅱ variant (SLT_lle) and fimbriae antigen (F 18 ) of E.coli.In this study the improvement of the vaccine of swine edema disease,we not only attach importance to O antigens,but also take SL_lle antigen and F 18 antigen into account.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR),monoclonal antibody analysis and electron microscope analysis were used to identify the E.coli strains of swine edema disease,and three type strains were gained with O 139 :SLT_lle +,F 18 ab +,O 138 :SLT_lle +:F 18 ab + and O 141 :SLT_lle +:F 18 ac +.
