摘要
本文用能量分辨本领为2.40V的弯晶谱仪,对3MeV^(12)C^+轰击Al的K_aX射线进行了高分辨研究,测量了K壳层一个空位和L壳层多个空位产生X射线的相对强度比,测定平均电离几率(E_1,o)为0.312±0.002。对实验装置和方法作了较详细的介绍。
