摘要
本文用高分辨弯晶谱仪对0.666MeV/amu的质子和α粒子激发Al的K_αx射线进行了研究。测量了K壳层一个空位和L壳层多个空位产生的x射线相对强度比。将测定的平均电离几率P_L(E_i,0)和BEA理论的预言值进行了比较。结果表明:BEA理论对质子和α的数据符合得很好。
High-resolution studies of aluminum Kα x-rays produced by proton and α-particle at the beams energy 0.666MeV/amu have been performed with a curved crystal spectrometer. The relative intensity radios for the production of one K-shell and multiple L-shell vacancies are measured. The average ionization probabilities PL(Ei,0) are compared with the predications of the binary-encounter approximation (BEA) for mutiple ionization. The BEA theory agree with the proton and α-particle data.
