文章描述一台静电偏转器的设计、结构和调试。静电偏转器的角度为15°,曲率半径360cm,两板面距离3cm。两板正负电压已达到+92.4 kV和-80kV,电场梯度为57.5kV/cm。该静电偏转器用作加速器质谱计(AMS)的能量分析。
The design,set-up and test of an electrostatic deflector used in the accelera-tor mass spectrometer(AMS)are described.The main characteristics of electro-static deflector are as follows:The deflection angle is 15°.The radius of curva-ture and length is 360 cm and 100 cm,respectively.The gap between the electrodesis 3 cm.The positive and negative voltage on the two electrodes reach 92.4 kVand 80 kV.respectively,and the electric field is 57.5 kV/cm.
