摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱注射液中苦参碱的含量。方法 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱 (2 5 0× 4 6mm) ,以 pH 4 0磷酸盐缓冲溶液 (10 0 0mlH2 O +2 5mlH3 PO4+2 0TEA) :乙腈 (90∶10 )为流动相 ,用紫外检测器于 2 10nm波长处检测。结果 线形范围为 13 99～ 97 93mg·L-1(r =0 9996 )。平均回收率为 99 4 4 % ,RSD =1 16 % (n =3)。检测限为0 0 2 5 g·L-1。结论 本法具有操作简便 ,分析准确快速 。
AIM A HPLC method was established for the determination of Matrine and Glucose Injection. METHODS Matrine can be separated on SymmetryShield column(C 18 5 μm 250×4 6 mm) with a mixture of phosphate buffer(phosphoric acid 2 5 ml, triethylamine 2 ml,was solved with water and diluted to 1000 ml) acetonitrile(90∶10) as mobile phase and detected at 210 nm. The flow rate was 1 0 ml/min. RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 13 99～97 93 g·L -1 and the correlation coefficient was 0 999 6 . The average recovery and the relative standard deviation was 99 44% and 1 16% respectively. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
