摘要
1997年以来,农民收入增长速度连年下滑,农业不再是农民收入增长的主要来源。结构调整可以提高农业的竞争力,但不能从根本上提高农业增收的潜力。推进小城镇建设,加快农村非农产业的发展,是增加农民收入的方向。
Increase rate of peasants' income has been declining since 1997. Agriculture has ceased to be the primary source of peasants' income. Structural modification helps to enhance the competitiveness of agriculture, but it can't change once and for all the approach to increasing peasants' income. Speeding up the construction of small towns and accelerating non-agricultural development is the basic channel to increase peasants' income.
