摘要
近年来 ,高等学校都十分重视学生综合素质的培养 ,特别是文化素质的培养。面向 2 1世纪人才培养所提出的新要求 ,进一步强调了素质教育 ,特别是文化素质教育在整个人才培养过程中所起到的的重要作用和地位。
Recent years, institutes of higher learning attach great importance to helping the students develop all-round. In order to meet the need of qualified personnel in the 21st century, more stress should be placed on quality education. Especially, it is important that the students are well cultured in their education.
