摘要
就《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》和《医疗事故处理条例》的发布及相继实施,以医疗机构及其医务人员的视角,提出应转变观念,增强法律意识,提高法律素质,尊重患者权利,履行应尽的义务,积极应对处理医疗事故争议中的新规则。
With the implementing of the new regu lations on medical malpractice,med ical establishments and medical workers should change their ideas,strenghten their sense of legality,respect patient s rights and carry out their bounden d uties.
