摘要
介绍一种利用光电编码器、可编程控制器和数字直流调速系统构成的型材辊压生产线中长度测量和控制系统。具体叙述了长度测量原理、误差产生原因及误差修正方法 ,并给出了控制流程图。现场运行表明 ,该系统可靠性高、操作方便、定尺切断精度高。
The measurement and control system of length in rolling production line of shapes is presented. The system is composed of photoelectric encoder, programmable controller and digital DC speed governor. The principle of length measurement, the causes of the error and the correction methods of the error are described concretely and the control flowchart is given. The field operation shows that the system features reliable, ease operation and high accuracy of fix scale cut off.
