摘要
本文简要地介绍了型材辊压生产线工艺流程，针对开卷机的送料和钢带的有无设计了一套检测及控制装置 ,利用可编程控制器来实现了这些功能 ,论文给出了程序流程图和可编程控制器的梯形图。通过实际应用证明了该方案的实用性。
This article describes the process flow of profile rolling producing line simply. A device detecting whether is there metal strip and controlling the feeding is designed for disconvoluting machine. These functions were realized with a programmable logical controller. It presents the flow chart and the ladder chart. The practicality of the scheme was proved in the field running.
