高炉密闭循环冷却水系统水锤分析研究

摘要 采用特征线法对武钢1号高炉软水密闭式循环冷却水系统进行了停泵水锤计算机模拟分析,研究了由于电力中断引起的事故停泵过程中,冷却水系统的水锤压力变化及其对系统的影响,提出了采用膨胀罐进行防护的方法及应注意的技术问题,为系统的优化设计及安全运行提供了技术依据。 The characteristic method was used to make a computative simulative analysis of the effect of water hammer after shutdown of the pump on the soft water cooling system of closed circuit for No.1 Blast Furnace of Wuhan Iron &Steel Co. Pressure variation of water hammer of the cooling water system and its effect on the system were analyzed during emergent shutdown of the pump due to shutoff of power. It was suggested that expansion tanks should be used to avoid the above incident. Some problems needing attention are given. This provides technical basis for the system's optimum design and safety operation.
