摘要
针对万家寨引黄工程长管道、高扬程、多级泵站串联、各泵站多台机组并联的复杂泵系统结构,采用特征线法,建立了边界条件的数学模型,计算分析了全部及部分机组事故停泵水锤过程,研究了采用两阶段关闭阀与调压塔配合进行水锤控制的可靠性问题,为工程设计提供了技术依据,为系统优化设计得出了有益的结论。
In this paper, mathematical models for the boundary conditions of a complex pumping system, which has long pipeline, high head, multistage pumping stations each with multi parallel pumps, are developed by use of characteristics method, hydraulic transients caused by power failure of whole or part of the pump units are calculated, the reliability of the cooperation of two stage closure valves and surge tanks for waterhammer control is studied, technical references for project design are proposed and conclusions beneficial to the optimal design of the system are put forward.
