摘要
燃油喷射压力的升高导致的柱塞偶件配合面间隙值增大,是无法建立较高燃油喷射压力和高压燃油泄漏的直接原因。针对上述情况,采用三维有限元分析的方法,对柱塞偶件配合面在各种燃油压力下的间隙值进行了分析;并提出相应的改进方案,使配合面间隙值得到改善,以满足提高燃油喷射压力和减小燃油泄漏的要求。
Increasing fuel injection pressure will lead to enlarge plunger couples surface gap value, which may cause failure directly to build up higher injection pressure and may lead to fuel leakage. Based on this condition, we analyze plunger couples surface gap value under various kinds of fule pressures by means of three-dimensional FEA method. And modified proposals have also been raised in order to improve gap value, fuel injection pressure and lessen possibility of leakage.
