摘要
以用氮化硅陶瓷替代传统的金属材料制造柱塞偶件为目标,研究了额定工况下两种不同材料12150L柴油机柱塞偶件的应力和位移变化规律,并以此为基础探讨了其间隙变化规律。研究结果为用氮化硅陶瓷替代金属材料制造柱塞偶件提供了理论依据,具有指导意义。
In order to use engineering ceramics to make plunger couples instead of metal, stress and displacement distributions for plunger couples made of different materials were studied under the engine rated power, and the change regulations of clearance were analyzed. The results of FEA show that the change regulartions of clearances made of metal and Si3N4 are similar, while the clearance value of Si3 N4 is less than that of metal, which has provided theoretical references for using engineering ceramics to make plunger couples.
