不锈钢板热处理过程温度测定及模拟计算 被引量:1

摘要 根据不锈钢板热处理过程的温度变化测定 ,考察了钢板头部横向和厚度方向的温度差别 ,采用有限元法拟合计算了炉内热交换参数 。 The temperature differences along the transverse and thickness directions of the plate head were inspected according to measured temperature variation of stainless steel plate during heat treatment.The required times to heat the plates with different thicknesses to the solution point were predicted through fitting calculation of heat exchange parameters in furnace with FEM.
