摘要
利用已知的TTT图,通过编制的程序和计算,绘出CCT曲线,并预测不同冷速下的组织、硬度等。所编制的程序是针对多种钢材的,最后结果与实测结果相符,从而证明了此种方法的可行性,为热处理工艺的计算机辅助设计奠定了基础。
The CCT diagram is drawn using the known TTT diagram and calculating with editted program. The structure and hardness of steel in various cooling speed are predicted. The program is done for several kinds of steel. Results are in good agreement with the fact. This shows that the method is effective and practical. It establishs the basis for heat treatment teehnology,CAD.
