摘要
利用冲击疲劳试验机 ,研究了稀土元素对高碳铬钢冲击疲劳性能的影响。结果表明 :稀土与热处理复合作用 ,可加速网状共晶碳化物向孤立的块状转变 ,有效地推迟裂纹产生的时间 ,降低裂纹扩展速率 ,提高其冲击疲劳抗力。当试样经 0 2 5 %稀土变质后再经 95 0℃× 4h正火处理 。
The effect of RE on the impact fatigue property of high C Cr steel was studied by means of an impact fatigue test machine.The experimental results showed that the eutectic carbide network could be transformed into isolated block pieces fast by heat treatment combined with rare earth modification,therefore,the crack forming was deferred,the crack spread speed was reduced and the impact fatigue resistance was improved.The best impact fatigue property was obtained when the test sample was treated by normalizing at 950℃×4h after 0 25% RE modification.
