摘要
研究了热处理工艺对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢冲击疲劳性能的影响规律。试验结果得出,奥氏体化温度与冲击疲劳寿命有线性关系。且3J(30kgf·cm)冲击能量的曲线斜率大于5J(50kgf·cm)冲击能量的斜率;经1210℃淬火后,在500~560℃范围内回火的冲击疲劳寿命出现峰值。由此提出了可获得较佳冲击疲劳性能的合理的淬火和回火工艺。
The influence of heat treating process on the impact fatigue behavior of M(?) steel was investigated and the results showed that the impact fatigue life was decreas(?)d linearly with the austenitizing temperature from 1170℃ to 1230℃, especially (?)nd(?)r the lower level of impact energy. The impact life of this steel reaches maximum after queached at 1210℃ and tempered at 500~560℃. Thus the suitable heat treatment of the steel with optimum impact fatigue resistance was suggested.
