摘要
合适浓度 (5 0和 1 0 0 mg/L)的氯化胆碱 (CC)有利于大岩桐组培苗不定芽的分化 ,但株高和鲜重较低。在所试验浓度 (1 0~ 70 0 mg/L)的 CC作用下 ,不定根生长较粗短 ,而鲜重增高 。
The shoots of gloxinia( Sinningia speciosa )were cultured in vitro in the MS medium with different concentrations(0,10,50,100,300,500,700 mg/L) of choline chloride(CC) respectively.The result indicated that the differentiation of adventitious shoots of gloxinia plantlets were promoted by suitable concentration(50 and 100 mg/L) of CC,but the height and the fresh weight of shoots decreased.The roots were sturdier and shorter,the fresh weight of roots increased obviously,when the medium was supplemented with 10~700 mg/L of CC.The survival rate of gloxinia plantlets treated by CC transplanting was higher than that of the control.
