摘要
目的 探讨耻骨上前列腺摘除术后尿管持续牵引的适宜时间,以减少并发症,增加患者的舒适感。方法 将120例住院行耻骨上前列腺摘除术患者随机分为3组,分别持续牵引 24.12和8h。结果 随牵引时间的缩短,术后24h内膀胱痉挛发生次数明显降低（P<0.01）,身体不适感明显减少（P<0.01）.而前列腺术后膀胱持续冲洗的天数无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 前列腺摘除术后导尿管牵引 8 h即可达到止血的目的,且膀胱痉挛的发生率明显降低,患者舒适感增加,肛门排气时间提前,住院天数缩短。
Objective To study the proper time of urinary catheter continuous traction after prostatectomy, so as to reduce complications, and increase patient's comfort degree of patients. Methods 120 who underwent suprapubic prostatecfomy in hospital were randomly devided into three groups, and tration of the uriuary catheter was continuous for 24 h, 12 h and 8 h. Results With the shorter traction time, the occurrence rate of bladder spasms decreased significantly 24 h after operation(P<0. 01), and discomfort degree decreased significantly ( P <0. 01), but there was no significant difference in the time of bladder continuous washing. Conclusion 8 h after continuous traction, bleeding stopped; the occurrence rate of bladder spasms decreased significantly and the comfort degree aslo increased. The time of ventilation and the time in hospital can be shortened.
