摘要
本文根据流程型企业生产过程的特点和CIPS质量管理的目标,探讨了质量信息集成和流程重组方面的有关问题,提出了CIPS质量保证系统的框架设计模型、关键技术和解决方案,并将其应用于NGIE质量保证系统的设计中。
According to characteristic of process industry and g oal of QGS (Quality Guarantee System,It is a unit technique in the CIPS),in this paper,some problems related to the information integ rating and process re-desig n in QGS are discussed.The frame desig n model,key technique and its solution of QGS are presented.As an example,NGIE-QGS is desig ned by this idea.
