摘要
介绍了基于流水线生产的计算机辅助工序质量管理 ,描述了其中的基本概念和特点。结合影响工序质量的 5个主要因素 ,阐述了如何把各个角度的零散的工序质量数据集成为有效的决策信息 ,从而达到及时、准确解决质量问题的目的。最后 ,通过实例 ,介绍了如何在实际的流水线装配型生产中建立工序分析模型。
This paper introduces computer aided working procedure quality management for pipeline assembly production, and describes some concept and characteristic. From the five important factors affecting working procedure quality, this paper represents how to collect scattered quality data from each aspect to form effective decision-making information, thereby the manager can solve the trouble accurately and in time. Finally, an example illustrates how to establish working procedure analysis models in actual pipeline.
