摘要
该文分析了各种风险分析方法 ,给出了风险的基本概念和风险的特有属性。结合弹药系统的特点 ,给出了用概率统计方法计算的风险度和用费用法计算的技术风险因子。通过反直升机智能雷战斗部的风险分析示例可以看出 ,该风险估计方法受决策者主观影响较小 。
The paper analyses various methods of risk analysis and gives out basic concept and characteristics of risk.By combining with the characteristics of the ammunition system,the paper gives out the calculation of risk degree with the method of probability and statistics and the calculation of technique risk factor with the method of development cost.A risk analysis example about anti helicopter intelligent mine warhead indicates that the method of risk estimation has less dependence on the subjectivity of decision maker and can be applied to ammunition system risk analysis.
