摘要
评价在角膜地形图指导下选择性的去除间断缝线以降低PK术后散光的效果。方法 :实验组 14只眼采取间断联合连续缝线的方法 ,术后在角膜地形图的指导下选择性的去除间断缝线 ,以降低散光。对照组11只眼采取单纯连续缝线的方法。术后 6个月去线。结果 :间断加连续缝线 ,选择性的去除间断缝线以调整散光 ,其散光在去线前后的变化平均为 :4 6 3D± 4 13D通过统计学处理 ,t检验 ,其散光变化P <0 0 1,具有显著性差异 ,而单纯连续缝线 ,在去线前后散光变化平均为 :0 191D± 1 6 0 6D ,t经检验 ,P >0 0 5 ,无显著性差异 ,两组病人最终散光度的比较 ,t检验 ,P <0 0 1,有显著性差异。结论 :选择性去除间断缝线的方法 ,可以更有效的降低散光。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the selective removal of interrupted sutures under the guidance of computer-assisted corneal topography to reduce the post keratoplasty astigmatism. Methods:In treated group,14 patients received a combination of 10.0 nylon running suture and 12 interrupted 10.0 nylon sutures,which were selectively removed postoperatively to reduce astigmatism under the guidance of computer-assisted corneal topography.In control group,11 patients received a single 10.0 nylon running suture that was removed postoperatively. Results:A greater reduction of astigmatism was obtained in treated group (4.63±4.13D,P<0.01),compared with the less reduction in control group (0.191D±1.606D). Conclusions:Selective removal of interrupted sutures was more effective for the control of post keratoplasty astigmatism.
