摘要
应用NOAA极轨气象卫星AVHRR资料 ,通过遥感图像分析和计算洪泽湖、高邮湖、骆马湖以及微山湖等大型河湖水体面积的变化 ,来监测苏北干旱的发生、发展和旱情严重程度 ,并及时应用于气象业务和服务中 。
By using NOAA AVHRR data,the method of monitoring the large water body such as Luoma lake,Hongze lake,Gaoyou lake and Weishan lake is introduced.By detecting the reducing of areas of the water body,the drought condition in the northern Jiangsu province can be calculated and the information can be gained in time to make scientific decision to avoid heavy losses effectively.
