摘要
在电极电势控制下 ,用原子、离子和有机分子在固液界面构筑了有序的纳米结构。利用电化学扫描隧道显微镜能够观察纳米结构的形成过程及电势控制下的结构转变和分子位相变化。
The well defined nanostructures can be constructed at solid/liquid interface under potential control with ions, organic molecules or other objects. The molecule orientation and structure can be controlled by applying an electrode potential in electrolyte solution and the formation process can be monitored by electrochemical scanning tunneling microscopy. The so constructed nanostructure is potentially useful in future nano electronic devices fabrication.
